Welcome — I’m Erica, founder and visionary behind our luxury medical aesthetics practice established in 2018. ✨

My background in healthcare began long before aesthetics, with years of experience throughout the hospital setting including surgical services, infusion centers, PACU, short procedure units, and cardiology/telemetry. That extensive clinical experience built the foundation of precision, safety, compassion, and attention to detail that continues to define our practice today.

My transition into aesthetic medicine was driven by a lifelong passion for helping others feel confident, empowered, and radiant in their own skin. In 2023, I earned my Master Expert Certification through Allergan Aesthetics, further advancing my expertise in sophisticated, natural-looking aesthetic treatments and facial balancing.

I believe aesthetic medicine is both a science and an art form. My signature approach focuses on refined, elegant enhancements that preserve individuality while creating soft, balanced, naturally beautiful results. Every treatment is thoughtfully customized to enhance each client’s unique features with subtle sophistication and timeless beauty.

What began as a single vision in 2018 has since grown into a flourishing multi-location practice proudly serving the Lehigh Valley with locations in Nazareth and Bethlehem, as well as the Pocono Mountains in Stroudsburg. None of this growth would have been possible without the unwavering support and trust of my loyal clients, many of whom have been with me since the very beginning. I am endlessly grateful to be part of your aesthetic journey and honored by the confidence you place in our team.

As our practice has expanded, I have carefully mentored and trained a talented team of nurses in the same advanced techniques, artistic eye, and patient-centered philosophy that define our brand. Dr Benjamin Lam

Dr. Benjamin Lam is a pioneer in plastic and reconstructive surgery.   Dr. Lam’s innovative surgical procedures and techniques have been adopted by surgeons around the country and his technological advances in the medical surgical industry have been registered with the United States Patent office.

A fellow in the American College of Surgeons (ACS), American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (ACOS) and American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS), Dr. Lam is also the past President of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Section of the American College of Osteopathic surgeons (ACOS).  He is the  program director of the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship and clinical professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).  He is a highly respected national speaker as well as a published author in the esteemed medical journal, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

A graduate of the University of Michigan in Cellular Molecular Biology, Dr. Lam received his medical degree from Des Moines University.  He received anesthesia training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and general surgical training at several renowned centers including Memorial Sloane Kettering in Manhattan and Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia before completing his plastic & reconstructive surgery training at PCOM.

With nearly two decades of training and practice, Dr. Lam is widely recognized for his advancements in facial rejuvenation, breast surgery and body contouring.  At the forefront of Dr. Lam’s success is his commitment to understanding each patient’s individual needs and goals.  This patient-first philosophy combined with Dr. Lam’s surgical artistry and expertise has allowed both men and women to achieve superior aesthetic results.

I went on to earn my nursing diploma from St. Luke’s School of Nursing and began my clinical career in the Intensive Care Unit within the St. Luke’s Network. Working in critical care refined my precision, clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety. As my career evolved, I transitioned into Surgical Services and earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from La Salle University, further strengthening my clinical expertise.
